Our book shop features top quality books on a myriad of subjects with a home and garden bias. General gardening books sit alongside more specialist books for those wanting details on a particular plant or garden design whilst those with a culinary interest will find an exciting collection of cookery books for all food tastes.

A new addition is our ever increasing range of books with a local interest, featuring the history of the area, local walks, cycle tours and tea room ‘crawls’, they make very interesting reading or an ideal present.

Parents can relax in our book shop as children are welcome, no one is expecting them to keep quiet and we do have books for children of all ages. Peppa Pig and In The Night Night Garden are still top sellers but we also have a whole host of activity books for children to learn from. For puzzle lovers we have jigsaws with 10 pieces for children right up to 1000 pieces for the jigsaw fan. To challenge the expert puzzler we have WASJIGS where you have to work out what the puzzle depicts from clues on the box. We are also stockists for the intricate Thomas Kincaide jigsaws from Gibsons.

Our book tables have weekly promotions so you can always pick up a bargain with many books offered at half price.
