New Season Fireworks Now In Stock.

Following the success of the Olympic games Gordale will be stocking a enhanced range of Kimbollton fireworks.

Gordale is your one stop shop for all your firework requirements. We have a licence that allows us to sell fireworks all year round so whether you want something for Bonfire Night, New Years Eve or even a Wedding you can be sure that Gordale will have something to suit.

Every year we set off a number of fireworks which our staff have diligently graded into various category’s (overall effect, time factor, value for money, overall rank e.g 1st, 2nd etc) to help you make a more informed choice. This list is available at the firework counter in store during 'Bonfire Season' + 'New Year'. New Stock of this years fireworks due end of September 2012. We stock a large range of fireworks from Brother, Kimbolton, Fireworks International and cosmic.

For the perfect firework display you have a number of options. Most popular are single ignition boxes or "displays in a box". This can be a perfect way to achieve an almost professional display by just lighting a single fuse. If you would like something more customized for your venue Gordale would recommend individual fireworks or selection boxes but remember to keep a varied mix of ground based effects such as ‘fountains’, medium level effects such as roman candles and high effects ‘rockets’. Whatever type of firework display you have if you have children present you can’t go wrong with sparklers. We have a selection of coloured, silver, extra large and mini indoor.

Safety

Sparklers should always be used with gloves (gardening gloves are perfect for this). You will also find lighting wands(punk’s) which burn slowly and are unaffected by wind and rain.


Remember that safety must always take precedence. Don't get carried away just because it's Guy Fawkes Night or your special occasion. Don't use fireworks too big for your display area or large display rockets in a built up area. Remember, it is illegal to let off fireworks after 11pm on any date except the 5th itself, when the limit is extended to midnight.
