Hardy Plant Guarantee

Gordale Nurseries endeavour to source stock of the highest quality, therefore when buying from Gordale you can buy with confidence.

All of our Hardy nursery stock comes with a 5 Year Guarantee, providing you have taken reasonable care of your plant and followed the instructions.

If the plant fails we will replace it without fuss, free of charge. All you have to do is return the plant to us for inspection together with your till receipt. Failure to provide a valid till receipt or satisfactory proof of purchase will render the guarantee void. This guarantee does not cover plant failure due to adverse weather conditions, neglect or accidental damage.

This does not affect your statutory rights

House Plant Guarantee

All of our houseplants carry a 4 week no quibble guarantee, which is in addition to your statutory rights. Once a houseplant has left our premises its care and conditions are beyond our control, however providing you have taken reasonable care of your houseplant and followed the instructions, if it fails we will replace it without fuss, free of charge.

Simply return it to us for inspection with your receipt for an exchange or refund. Neglect or accidental damage will render this guarantee void. The guarantee is only valid on production of a valid till receipt.
