What are your opening times?

We are open 7 days, Mon – Sat 9am to 6pm, Sun 11am to 5pm.

Special note: On Sundays our Coffee Shop is open from 10am, serving cooked breakfasts and snacks. The main store opens for browsing at 10.30am and tills open from 11am.  Doors close at 5pm, with customers vacating by 5.30pm.

The store operates late night opening during the spring and Christmas periods, please visit our home page for up-to-date details.

Where are the toilets located?

Toilets are located in-store next to our Coffee Shop and in our Petrol Station.

Do you have a Candle Department?

Yes. Our Candle Department stocks a wide range of Wax Lyrical and Colony candles and reed diffuser products. Plus a great range of Bomb Cosmetics products. It is located on the lower level next to the Furniture Department.

Do you sell Bomb Cosmetics?

Yes. Our full range is located on the lower level next to the Candle Department.

Do you have a Coffee Shop?

Yes. Our Coffee Shop is open every day and serves cooked breakfasts, tasty hot meals, sandwiches, delicious home made cakes, desserts, speciality teas, coffees and soft drinks. We also provide a children’s menu and monthly specials, and remain open until 8.45pm during late night opening hours.

Do you stock BBQs?

Yes. We have an extensive Weber World department which stocks a wide range of BBQs, as well as a large selection of accessory products, which are available on the upper level of the store above the Furniture Department.

Do you stock artificial flowers?

Yes we have a large selection of silk and artificial flowers available in the middle of our store.

Do you run a wedding present list?

Sorry, but we don’t.  This is due to the regular change of products that we sell.  We do however sell gift vouchers that can be spent on anything in-store.

Do you sell National Garden Gift Cards?

Yes. We sell both National Garden Centre gift cards as well as our own Gordale gift cards. Both can be purchased either in store or over the telephone, please call us on 0151 336 2116 if you require further details.  We redeem National Garden Centre gift cards and vouchers too.

Do you sell Gordale gift cards?

Yes. Simply say how much you would like to go on the gift card at the tills, and choose from one of our many designs.

Do you have rose bushes for special occasions?

We stock an extensive range of rose bushes and patio roses.  With names such as Happy Anniversary, Golden Anniversary, Sweet Memories, Happy Birthday, Happy Retirement and Be My Valentine.  For our full list or for further details please call our Plant Manager, Rob on 0151 336 2116.

Do you sell stone statues/ figurines?

Yes. We probably have the biggest selection of stoneware items in the Northwest as we have over 8 different suppliers.  So we have everything from 5ft statues, benches, sundials, birdbaths and stoneware ornaments.  If you have a specific requirement please do not hesitate to contact Dan or Rob on 0151 336 2116.

Do you provide educational school visits?

Yes. We are happy to have school visits and usually work towards Keystage 1.  For further details please contact our General Manager, Jonathan on 0151 336 2116.

Do you have baby changing facilities?

Yes. Our baby changing facilities are located in the disabled toilets next to the Coffee Shop and in our Petrol Station.

Do you have disabled toilets?

Yes. Disabled toilets are located within our main toilet facilities next to our Coffee Shop and in the Petrol Station.

What facilities are there for the disabled?

Our store is fully accessible for wheelchair users, we also have special designed shopping trolleys, toilets and lifts.  We also have wheelchairs available for other visitors to use, should they require them.

Can you cater for special dietary needs?

We always have both gluten free and vegetarian options available.  If you have other requirements, our Coffee Shop staff will be happy to try to accommodate your needs.  For further information or assistance please do not hesitate to contact Sally our Catering Manager on 0151 336 2116.

Do you have a bottle or baby food warming facility?

We have a microwave for our customers to use to warm bottles or heat baby food.

Do you have high chairs?

Yes.  We have high chairs available within our Coffee Shop.

Do you have a cash machine?

Sorry, no.  There is a cash machine located in Neston town centre, which is a 10 minute drive away.

Do you take credit cards?

Yes, we take all major credit cards with the exception of American Express.

Do you offer credit options?

No, sorry.  However, we take all major credit cards with the exception of American Express.

Can you feed the animals?

Yes. We have many ornamental birds including guinea fowl, doves and ducks that roam freely. If you would like to feed them, there is a seed dispenser situated by the pond, which contains food specifically for the birds (small charge applies).

Do you have any job vacancies?

Current job vacancies are normally advertised both in-store on online.  However, if no vacancies are showing and you feel you have something special to offer, we always welcome people sending in their CV.

Do you welcome large groups?

Yes, although if you intend to visit the café as a large group we require 24 hours notification to ensure sufficient staffing and food is available.

What if I have a complaint, whom do I contact?

If you have an issue with a product we sell or service we offer, please telephone us first to explain your problem.  We will then work quickly to resolve the issue with the relevant member of staff.

How do I find out if you stock a product?

Our product range changes regularly, if you want to check if we stock an item the best way to find out is to ring us or email us and we can give you all the information you need.

Do you offer a delivery service for larger products?

We offer a seven day local delivery service, providing slots are available and deliver further afield regularly too, just ask us and we can advise you when we will be next in your area. Charges apply depending on location and value of purchase.

Do you have a Loyalty Club – what does it offer and how much is it?

Yes.  Membership includes one free hot drink every month, a piece of birthday cake in August and 5% cash back on all purchases in the form of points, which can be redeemed on most items sold in the garden centre, and all for just £12.00 per year.

Do you sell fuel?

Yes. We have a Petrol Station on site selling competitively priced fuel and accessories.

How do I get advanced notice of events coming up?

Please sign up to our email list via the website to receive the latest news, events and promotions via email communication.  In addition, joining our Loyalty Club will entitle you to exclusive offers and previews.

Do you have Personal Shoppers? If so, how do I arrange for one?

All of our staff are willing to give advice and assistance to help you make the right purchase. Many have worked with us for over 20 years, so have exceptional product knowledge.  Please don’t hesitate to ask a member of staff for help.

Do you sell clothing?

Yes. We have a large Clothing Department which stocks popular and on trend ranges such as Joules, Seasalt and Brakeburn as well as accessories from Peony and Smith and Canova.
