Our food hall offers you a gourmet selection of produce from local suppliers and carefully selected regional suppliers. Generally not available at supermarkets these products represent the best.

Blue Sauces, a family fruit farm on the Shropshire Borders, produce all their own sauces, dressing and drink mixers in a purpose built kitchen nestled amongst the Blueberry Fields. Made using traditional techniques and with no preservatives or artificial preservatives.

Adesso Marinades are an ambient marinade which gives instant zing to meats and fish to make an everyday dish something special. The marinades, dips and drizzles are made from only the finest ingredients and with their distinctive quality and taste Adesso meets the needs of the discerning palate and the chef with little time. Based on Extra Virgin Olive Oil with herbs and spices, honey and citrus juices they are extremely tasty and  what is more all are suitable for vegetarians and gluten free diets.

Our range of Best of British represents a passion for gourmet food with luxury jams, marmalades, chutneys, biscuits, sauces and cakes, the All Things British Collection covers traditional foods inspired by classic British flavours, Sherry Trifle Jam, Spiced Damson Chutney and Fish and Chip Sauce. Bread is sourced from local bakers Deeside Bakers, particularly popular are Ancient Bread and High Baked along with High GI Granary and of course, regular white and fruited tea cakes. All of which are delicious for tea on dark winter nights.

At Christmas time the choice doubles with cakes, puddings, mince pies, sauces, stuffings and butters added to the already bursting shelves. Walkers Biscuits, Beech’s Chocolates, honey from the Wirral, Honeycomb Jams, Backford Belles Ice Cream and Patchwork Pate all contribute to the range.

Regular Sunday food tastings allow you to try before you buy and Linda’s food hampers are an ideal present for everybody, whatever the occasion. Pick up a ready made one or choose any suitable container, be it a pot, basket, tray or wheelbarrow and Linda will make it up for you, the only limit is your budget!
